| A new Techno Gym stepper has been recently introduced in our Gymnasium and features the most secured and effective controlled movement which allows brief or lengthy steps for those with back or knee problems. There are also new classes to be introduced in the coming months which will include a boxing circuit class in the evenings. Those who are interested to join may contact our Reception desk for more information.
Members are also reminded to have full fitness reassessment(fat test), have a new health programme,and seek dietary advice to ensure that they are fit and in pretty good shape for the coming summer months.
